Questions.

Is this a safety system?

No. SkyCall is an information service that supports your site's weather policy. We say look up — there's a storm; we say there's been no lightning within 20 km for 30 minutes. We never say it's safe — that's your company policy's job.

What areas do you cover?

Anywhere in Australia for official warnings. Amber trajectory alerts need weather-radar coverage, so some inland regions get red and all-clear service only. The postcode check above tells you before you sign up.

What gets logged?

Every alert: site, timestamp, alert type, and per-number delivery receipts. Exportable as a monthly PDF for your WHS records.

Can our policy require a longer all-clear?

Yes. Thirty minutes is the default. Your site can lengthen it; nothing can shorten it.

Will alerts wake people at night?

Not unless they choose to. Alerts follow your site's operating hours; any number can opt in to 24/7 red alerts in the portal. Every event is logged around the clock regardless.

Can one person be on several sites?

Yes — contractors often are. Messages are site-named, so they always know which site an alert is for. STOP removes a number from all sites instantly.

How do we stop?

Reply STOP to any message to opt a number out instantly. Cancel the service any time — no lock-in.
